We pride ourselves in fixing problems quickly and you will in general not have to wait very long for a fix to a problem you may experience. 

Although some issues are more complex than others and timing can vary, we have been known to fix and supply an update to the customer within minutes when the problem is easy to fix. 

The customer can help in speeding up the resolution of a problem by supplying as much information as possible.  This may include sending data files, log files etc.  The more information we have to replicate a problem the quicker we can fix it.
